Jerome & Kellie

JEROME DALEY pursues the passion of his life—intimacy with God and people—in partnership with his wife, Kellie. Jerome and Kellie speak, write, and coach leaders toward spiritual and relational intimacy. Jerome is the author of five books and earned his master’s degree from Columbia Biblical Seminary and his doctor’s degree from Wagner Leadership Institute. Kellie, who co-authors two of these books, also has her master’s from Columbia Seminary.

AFTER 10 YEARS as worship pastor and women’s leader in a non-denominational North Carolina church, Jerome and Kellie began to reach for a new destiny. A year’s sabbatical in the mountains of Colorado birthed a new vision for life: to get off the gerbil wheel of frantic busyness and put relationships first. Together with their three children, ages 9-13, they currently make their home in Greensboro, North Carolina. Jerome’s interests include cycling, rock climbing, strong coffee, and close friends. Kellie loves running, reading, homeschooling the kids, and empowering other women.

The Story of Purpose Coach
IT WAS MEMORIAL DAY, 2005, and we were visiting my aunt and uncle in the NC mountains. In the midst of conversation, my aunt made casual reference to her life coach. "Your what?" I asked. Strangely, I had never even heard the term! After a brief explanation, I got home and plunged into the internet to see what this life coaching thing was all about.

THE MORE I FOUND, the more excited I became. This is exactly who I am, I began to think...and Kellie agreed. Within three weeks, I had enrolled in my first coach training program. Within three months, I had my first client. After finishing my current book project, onPurpose Coaching became my full-time pursuit and passion.

GOD CONTINUES to bring people to my "door" with hope for change and desire for purpose, and I count it an honor to be invited into their lives to discover together God's good intentions for their future. In the fall of 2006, I invited several other coaches to join me and create a coaching team. You can read more about them here.

"TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST, hearing about you is a complete answer to prayer. My husband was relaying some of our struggles with a co-worker, and she immediately named you and your book. The first two pages put to words what I have been trying to understand for over a year now. I am so grateful that you have allowed God to use you to share your heart and His truth. Thank you."
